Learn how to use your issues as a stepping stone instead of a roadblock to a better life.

Tamara received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to healing” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals, as well as help you support your current treatment plan.
